We focus on emerging enterprises that have a track record of strong performance and exceptional potential. Optimally, the firms with which we work have a minimum three-year track record of steadily increasing growth and can demonstrate further market potential via real and measurable market opportunities and conditions. We will, however, consult with emerging firms that are relatively new if they can demonstrate immediate market potential, such as recent or pending contracts, or other solid and dependable business relationships.

 

We provide services on a fee-for-service basis.  We recognize, however, that many emerging firms may not have the capital to pay upfront fees and expenses to secure highly specialized business support.  We will negotiate delayed compensation agreements and/or equity positions in the businesses we promote. Specific arrangements vary at the individual client level.
